Message	Just got this in the mail today regarding my 300ZX... Dear Motorist: We have received your correspondence regarding the above referenced vehicle. Recent changes to the Vehicle Inspection Law of 2005 (625 ILCS 5/13C-15) provide that vehicles of model year 1995 or earlier that are in compliance with the law as of February 1, 2007 are EXEMPT and are no longer subject to emissions testing. Based on the criterion the vehicle noted above has been placed in EXEMPT status. You will no longer receive test notices for this vehicle. Your past participation in the Vehicle Emissions Testing Program is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, please call 217/785-7449. Sincerely, Stephen W. I'm excited and glad that I no longer have to keep the catalytic converters around for testing purposes. Putting eBay "performance" parts on your Nissan 300ZX is like putting Pep Boys wheels on your Cadillac Escalade... even people on welfare know better.
